The Esterel Corniche also known as the Golden Corniche is a 40 kilometer stretch of road along the Côte d’Azur between Fréjus and La Napoule. It’s a truly spectacular route following the cliffs and a perfect way to discover the other facet of the French Riviera, a resort area, which many tourists simply equate with the cities of Nice, Saint-Tropez and Cannes. The Esterel is a preserved environment where wild nature is present in all its rugged beauty with deep narrow creeks, mountains, caves and beaches: a varied region with a variety of activities.

One is also struck however, by the superb variety of colors like the red of the cliffs which, like a jagged crown, thrust themselves into the azure blue sea, the summits of the massif and the green of its lush vegetation. The discreet facade of the Tiara Miramar Beach Hotel & Spa reveals none of the atmosphere of this five star establishment whose true face is the one that faces the Mediterranean. And so we enter, thinking we will find a simple but luxurious boutique hotel. What we discover however, is the charm of a hotel whose décor possesses subtle and delicate touches reminiscent of The Orient. The carved iron lamps, moucharabys and rose designs, the Miramar’s symbol,

create an immediate feeling of enchantment. The lobby leads guests into the fairyland of this hotel facing the sea. Check-in is carried out naturally and informally in the adjacent lounge after which the guest is escorted to one of the hotel’s 60 rooms and suites.

The colors highlight Mediterranean conviviality and the textures that we find in the accommodations, envelop the guest in a cocoon of gentleness and well-being. Each discovery at the Miramar inevitably leads to the beach, the venue that best characterizes the hotel’s identity. This private beach possesses 80 deck chairs, two VIP areas and 11 Balinese daybeds in the garden overlooking the swimming pool, the Miramar’s other maritime relaxation space.
