It depends on the chosen hotel and dates. If breakfast is included, you will clearly see the mention next to the room type and number of people it can accommodate.
Will I pay extra fees if I cancel my booking?
Luxury Dream Hotels will not charge cancellation fees. However, cancellation fees may be charged by the hotel. The cancellation policy can be found at the bottom of each hotel page and may vary depending on hotel and dates of booking.
Am I paying any extra by booking through Luxury Dream Hotels?
No, not only do you not pay any extra, we also offer the best available rates to our customers.
Can I use a different credit card to pay the deposit and to pay the hotel?
Yes, you can a different credit card. The only obligation is to pay the balance in the local currency.

No, Luxury Dream Hotels does not own any property of its collection. However, we create a strong collaboration with each hotel to ensure that we are offering you the best rates and quality of services.

BOOKING

How do I search for hotels?
You can search hotels by name or destination (country,city). You can also visit "Our selection" on the homepage and let yourself be guided to our best hotels.
How can I only search for hotels with special offers?
By ticking the box «Special offers».
How can I book?
You can book online by selecting a hotel, entering your dates, choosing the room type and number of rooms, and clicking on "Search". You can also call one of our Customer Service consultants and make the reservation over the telephone.
How do I know my reservation has been registered?
Immediately after completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation number on your screen and a copy will be E-mailed to you at the same time. If you don’t receive the Email, check the address you indicated to us upon reserving.
Your confirmation page contains a confirmation number, your dates, prices, type of room and other useful details. You don’t need this page to check in at the hotle, but we advise you to print a copy for your own personal use.
Once my booking is confirmed, where and how can I see it online?
You can see your reservation online by clicking on “My reservations” located on the right of the home page.
What should I do should there be a problem on the website or with the internet connexion ?
Please contact Customer Service. Our consultants will check the status of your reservation and help you complete your booking.
Can I make special requests when booking?
You can write special requests, such as 'Please provide twin beds' or 'Please note, check-in will be late', in the « Your comments » section of the booking process.
How can I book more than one room?
Once you’ve completed the reservation form for your first room. Book an identical room as your initial one or reserve another room and modifying the type of room, the name of the guest and/or payment information. Your customer and payment profiles have been saved thus facilitating and speeding up your future reservations. This will also enable you to reserve rooms under another name with the same credit card.
How can I request an extra bed/cot in the room ?
You can write special requests in the "Your comments" section of the booking process. Then save and continue your reservation.
When booking a room with the possibility of an extra bed, is the extra bed automatically included?
Extra beds are subject to availability. If the hotel cannot provide the extra bed(s) for the requested dates, we will contact you immediately.
How can I book online for my children?
Some hotels require a supplement for a crib or additional beds, with the type of bed depending of curse on the age of the children. This supplement isn’t always indicated in the price of the room. In order to avoid any surprises, it’s preferable to contact our Customer Service by email specifying your vacation dates and the ages of your children. We will tell you the availability and the appropriate hotel fees as soon as possible.
Will I be asked to show a booking confirmation when checking in the hotel?
It is not absolutely necessary, as the hotel receives the same confirmation, but we advise you to print it out to avoid any confusion at the hotel.
Can I book a room for someone else?
Yes, you can book a room for a third-party by making the reservation in your own name and specifing the guest's name in the ''Your comments'' section of the reservation.
Why isn't today's date displayed on the calendar pop-up?
If this happens, it is most likely to be due to the time zone differences e.g. the time in the US is later than the time in the Europe. So it may be necessary to select the next day on the calendar.
Do you guarantee the hotel has my booking registered?
Yes, we have immediate and up-to-date information on rates and availability, so your booking is confirmed instantly online.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my booking?
To confirm a reservation with Luxury Dream Hotels, a valid credit card is necessary. The types of cards accepted depend on the hotel.
Is my credit card charged at the time of booking?
Reservations are sent immediately using the hotel in the hotel’s own reservation system. Each hotel has its own reservation policy concerning when your card will be billed and the amount. Some hotels require a down payment at the time of reservation, whereas others only require the card number as a guarantee.
Remember to read, the "Hotel Cancellation and Conditions" in the room description, in order to be fully aware of the sales conditions for your reservation.
What should I do if my card is not accepted?
Please check that your card is a valid one. The numbers must be entered without any punctuation or blank spaces.
Also check that the card expires after the day you wish to reserve.
Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service, should you not be able to fulfill your booking.

 


 

Is the online payment system secure?

How can I cancel my booking?
You can go to the section "My bookings" and cancel your booking or you can call us directly. We will inform you about any cancellation fees.

How will I be reimbursed?
The down payment is reimbursed on the account of the credit card used at the time of reservation. Reimbursements are carried out in the shortest possible delay.
How much are cancellation fees?
Each hotel sets their cancellation policy.

MODIFICATION

Can I modify my booking?
Yes you can modify your booking, unless you have booked a non-cancelable or non- refundable rate. You can modify the check-in/out dates, type of room and even the hotel.
How can I modify my reservation?
Simply go to the “My Reservations” section and follow the modification process.
Reread the “Sales Conditions” for your original reservation to be certain that you are not in the indicated penalty period.
By contacting Customer Service. We will review the cancellation policy, availability and rates with you as necessary and inform the hotel of the modification.
Will I be charged any extra fees if I modify my booking?
If you cancel and book again, no fees will be applied, as long as the hotel cancellation fees are not in effect. If they are, please contact our Customer Service and our consultants will notify the hotel.

Does the room rate include VAT?
Yes, the room rates on our website always include VAT, ensuring there are no hidden extras in the price. Please note, some countries apply local taxes that might be not included in the total price.

What are the additional rates?

If there is a local tax, how can I calculate it?
Any local taxes must be calculated on the basis of the total amount of the booking (deposit plus remaining balance).
What does 'from X number of euros' mean on the hotel page?
You may not have entered the exact dates of your stay. The price displayed is the lowest price during the year.
How can I see the price per night once I have selected dates?
Move the cursor over the average price of the room you are interested in (without clicking on it) and the exact price per night will be displayed.
